      Pros

      They pay on time and you can get the experience to leave asap.

      Cons

      Managers are super annoying, they pay you the bare minimum and that's being generous, getting a raise is IMPOSSIBLE, their staff is a pain, they make the rules not the US company and that's very limiting, working from home is unimaginable, they make you feel like you owned them something and seriously they will pay you so so low compared to what their being paid.

      Pros

      I think if you land on the right team, this is a decent operation. The base salary is decent for a similar role and the commission plan isn't complicated. Very straight forward

      Cons

      Training is a joke. Leadership is a joke. Benefits are a joke. Structure is a joke. Who your direct supervisor is will make or break the experience and unfortunately they have promoted people to "VP" roles that are severely unqualified to lead a blind man through a lit hallway, much less lead a team of sales people. I would proceed with extreme caution.
