Pros

- Discounts and Benefits in Health services, Fitness Products, Restaurants, Psychology Appointments, etc. - Supervisors are friendly, caring and empathetic. No micro-management. - Solvo issues a Life Book quarterly that has a variety of exercises, games, guides and articles to offer a relief for your mental and physical health and also to help with tips for better communication with employers, clients, etc. - Average salary - Two supervisors, one from Solvo and one from the client company in the U.S or elsewhere, there's always good communication between all parties. - They trust you a lot and leave you to do your thing, occassionally ask how things are and that's it.

Cons

- Long work hours, They do not pay overtime. - The workload is very high and it will definitely take a toll on your mental and physical health after a few months - A big percentage, if not all of the work is clerical work. Lots of routine administrative and office tasks. - Salary could be better - There are no opportunities to grow as much, it depends on the client company you're working for but in general, if you are x position, you will remain that for a long time. - If you have bachelor's degree in your country of origin, don't expect that a position here will fully agree with your 5+ years of study. It's mostly clerk work, so you would probably be leaving that degree in the drawer.

Pros

I think if you land on the right team, this is a decent operation. The base salary is decent for a similar role and the commission plan isn't complicated. Very straight forward

Cons

Training is a joke. Leadership is a joke. Benefits are a joke. Structure is a joke. Who your direct supervisor is will make or break the experience and unfortunately they have promoted people to "VP" roles that are severely unqualified to lead a blind man through a lit hallway, much less lead a team of sales people. I would proceed with extreme caution.
