      Remote work. Equipment provided. All I can think of

      Zero training. “Mentorship” is a joke…seasoned reps..which there are maybe three…sit on calls and collect 50% of your “commission” which is only paid if a recruiter in Columbia places someone.

      Pros

      I think if you land on the right team, this is a decent operation. The base salary is decent for a similar role and the commission plan isn't complicated. Very straight forward

      Cons

      Training is a joke. Leadership is a joke. Benefits are a joke. Structure is a joke. Who your direct supervisor is will make or break the experience and unfortunately they have promoted people to "VP" roles that are severely unqualified to lead a blind man through a lit hallway, much less lead a team of sales people. I would proceed with extreme caution.
