Pros

The pros I had before were killed by the cons I had when I worked there.

Cons

Since the begining it was not a pleasant experience, I had to wait a lot for an interview and for them to place me in a position with a client. I started working in something so different of what they promised at the begining . It was during the pandemic and despite to have people sick at my home, they were so rude when I tried to have days off because of being scared of the virus. Not well treated. They did not listen to the employers, They don't care about us working extra hours without paying us. They don't give you opportunities to growth. When I attempted to speak with human resources, the psychology was fired because she listened to our needs. I suffered burnout there.

Pros

I think if you land on the right team, this is a decent operation. The base salary is decent for a similar role and the commission plan isn't complicated. Very straight forward

Cons

Training is a joke. Leadership is a joke. Benefits are a joke. Structure is a joke. Who your direct supervisor is will make or break the experience and unfortunately they have promoted people to "VP" roles that are severely unqualified to lead a blind man through a lit hallway, much less lead a team of sales people. I would proceed with extreme caution.
