Pros

Most people and colleagues are nice, easy going and likely to help. They pay on time, and are quite responsible with your social security management.

Cons

All call center disadvantages at their worst. Horrible volume of calls, BTB, terrible schedules, incredibly unrealistic KPIs, too much stress....

Pros

I think if you land on the right team, this is a decent operation. The base salary is decent for a similar role and the commission plan isn't complicated. Very straight forward

Cons

Training is a joke. Leadership is a joke. Benefits are a joke. Structure is a joke. Who your direct supervisor is will make or break the experience and unfortunately they have promoted people to "VP" roles that are severely unqualified to lead a blind man through a lit hallway, much less lead a team of sales people. I would proceed with extreme caution.
