Solvoyo has a great work environment. Everyone that I work with is pushing to help me learn more and be the best version of your self professionally and personally. The managers are also highly flexible and understanding while also pushing you to do your best work. The Boston office offers a hybrid structure that gives you face-to-face work experience and also provides the flexibility of working from home some days. Solvoyo has many different groups that you can join outside of your regular job duties such as the Sustainability Team and JOY Team. I am a part of the sustainability team since this is an interest I have had throughout college. My managers are always pushing me to learn more and expand my knowledge in this area although it is not directly related to my day-to-day work. This helps me to express my interests and gives me an opportunity to bond with coworkers outside of work. This is a great company to work for as a new-grad since everyone at Solvoyo is always willing to help and answer any questions that you may have. Through my recruitment process, upper management emphasized that the most important part of a first job out of college is picking as much as you can This is definitely something that I have done while working at Solvoyo through an internship for 4 months during my last year of college and through working full-time now for 6 months.
Cons
Working at an international company located in different time zones poses some challenges with scheduling, but this is something that can be easily overcome through time management.
