Boss is great. Buys lunch for the office fairly often. Is willing to stand up for you, help you set career goals, and learn and grow.

I was in a basement office which I didn't love. They might be moving locations, though.

The people you will work with day to day are awesome and intelligent.

The owner is very conditional with his employee support, you get bonus points if you’re his friend. Benefits are literally non existent unless you count the snack pantry. Don’t expect to WFH.
