      Pros

      Flexibility, company car, nice environment among colleagues, very good office facilities, free coffee, free transportation from select locations to the office.

      Cons

      Inexistent career management. Poor accountability / responsibility management standards, recent Spanish owner appointed chief officers fail to understand company culture, positioning and strategy.

      Regarding my personal experience and areas of expertise, I would highlight the following items: - Degree in Civil Engineering (IST - Lisbon) - Fluent in English - Post-grads in Management - Cost control and cost analysis experience - Good negotiation skills and good communicator - Experienced contracts´ manager - Project Management expert (buildings and infrastructures projects) - Piling works expert - Working in UK experience

      Good culture, pay on time, good values, interesting projects, no routine work. The headquarters are a very pleasant place to work

      Cons

      lack of Carrer opportunities, bad work-life balance. to many people working in the headquarters and only few on projects.
