Where do I start being there’s so many=Even tho Somatus employees work remote, it doesn’t feel remote, we have team huddles, staff is always available, helpful, and considerate of their employees which is what makes me rave about the company, I have never experienced a place where employees are seen, heard, and their ideas come to life, not to mention the great pay! The schedule is flexible & your family life is part of theirs so they understand what family means! If you have the opportunity to work with us, it will definitely be your life long career not just because of the staff or money, you will love what their values are build on and the many patients that we help daily! I’m a very honest person so the only con I can think of is that I wish I had found and gained employment with this company when it first started in 2016! Thankful to be with them now!
