Good place to learn about merchandise production and design. Other people will help you when you need it, and in return you have to help others when they need it s well.
Cons
Very fast-paced environment. Be expected to multitask. Speak up if you want something; management and boss will listen if you need them to but often times there will be things promised to you that will be forgotten about if you do not remind them. If you are looking to be a graphic designer here be prepared to also learn t-shirt production as well. You must balance both production of merchandise and graphic design work, and it is your responsibility how to time manage your day. On top of that, be prepared for your schedule to change at any time, as someone may come to you in the middle of the day with a rush order that you must prioritize first. Management needed room for improvement as things were often disorganized, from unclear instructions to managers straight up leaving the room in the middle of helping you, forgetting they were helping you and never coming back. Hopeful that they can grow and improve.
