Pros
Cute little boutique. Beautiful merchandise and the employees were all great. The pay is good for an entry level job in the area. The hours are good for people with families.
Cons
The owner makes working there a headache. She micromanages everything and very seldom considers feedback from her employees on the front line. She also treated customers of different ethnicities and economic statuses very differently because in her own words, "they are not her market". She also trained her employees to do the same.
