Hiring Process is a Mess - Executive Assisant Somewhere Employee Review

I have been approached by Support Sheperd twice for an Executive Assistant job offer, they praised me for being the ''perfect candidate'' for their client and had me go through several rounds of interviews and assessments. This even gave me tips on how to be successful. However, I was not able to get an offer because during the first time, I was ghosted. I admit I was nervous during the second time however, I was appalled by the interviewer because she accused me of not checking my equipment beforehand even though I was waiting for her in the virtual meeting room 10 minutes earlier than my supposed interview.
