Pros
Remote work made possible with Support Shepherd. It opened my eyes to the world of working virtually. Prior Shepherd I've always worked in corporate and when I experienced working from home, working remotely, I realized I've been missing out and there is a better work setup option.
Cons
Internet connectivity can become unstable at times which is why having backups are necessary. When one provider experiences technical issues, the other providers need to be working.
