      Pros

      Very good at making a pitch.

      Cons

      Will sell you on promises that aren't based in reality. New grads beware. Very cunning with contracts. Will attempt to repeatedly modify terms to see how low they can go.

      Good support system, wonderful co workers, always room for advancement.

      I really dont think there are any cons. If something is a con, you just have to discuss with a supervisor, and it becomes solved.

      Pros

      Somnia is a great place to work. There’s strong support from both local and regional leadership, and the teamwork is exceptional. It truly feels like a second family within the clinical setting.
