Pros
There really are no pros to list. The reality is the positive reviews are made up by the management team. If you enjoy working with low caliber people, then this place is great for you.
Cons
If there was an option to give this place a negative star, I totally would have. This place is literally HELL on earth! Management will use you for ideas, they will promise things and never deliver, and they constantly contradict themselves which makes for an extremely frustrating and stressful work environment. Every once in a while they make a promise to change the way things are and to make an effort to create a more positive work environment but this "effort" will last for about a week. The company has no clear direction, extremely high turn over. They don't provide reviews on overall performance, so you cant get a raise or a promotion.
