SomnoMed is a great place to work for people who wish to have a work-life balance. The teams are friendly and encouraging. There is no hard core pressure or micro-management. If you are a skilled worker, self-motivated, this is the place to be. Regular monthly rewards for employees as part of employee recognition program is offered too! Flexible working structure with work from home is always a perk.
Cons
It is a global organization so work hours can sometimes be stretched, but you can always adjust your timings to your convenience - people are very accommodating.
