The people are absolutely the best, very smart, funny and a good laugh! All about new technology a great place to learn about digital and if your lucky you will go on some adventures. Clients are varied and they have some big names so its great for your CV. If you're put in the right team (product is the best) you will learn loads because that one team has real leaders the rest are just 'managing' or even worse 'micro managing'
Cons
Sloppy in their work method, there is no structure and middle management is the reason why the majority of employees have left over the last year. It very much reflects a company ran by the popular group in high-school relentless to each get what they want out of it. Bad process means a lot of stuff gets missed and clients who were once excited to work with somo are soon enough less happy about this prospect. The culture was once great but it's completely died.
