      Pros

      Half decent location & a handful of god creatives.

      Cons

      Poor processes, incredibly high staff turnover makes me anxious and they don't pay their staff - thus leading to the staff turnover. Losing hundreds of thousands a day.

      Pros

      Great company culture, commitment to the growth of their employees, stability. Really fun place to work if you like a hybrid work environment where you get to connect with your team in person frequently.

      Cons

      Some of the client work is frustrating to manage and technically unchallenging. Lack autonomy for tech stacks but the company is always working on improving it.
