IDR is a smaller firm but rapidly scaling around the world. I love the diversity of thought and people at the firm, and the global nature of the company. Although my peers sit all around the world, I still feel a sense of closeness and camaraderie with them. Feedback is implemented quickly and my voice is heard. Coming from a large institution, these were all things I was seeking in my next role and IDR certainly fulfills these ideals. Working from home is also a huge benefit.

Have seen a decent amount of turnover since arriving, but we seem to be replacing them with the right people now. Lots of new hires also means more people working on the same hours as me in my country.

A great culture where we genuinely practice our values. It's a true teamwork mentality where people want authentic feedback to improve and there isn't room for playing politics. The vision from the CEO is inspiring and he travels the world to work alongside his people and be accessible in sharing his enthusiasm and vision.

Growing pains as we continue to evolve and mature as a company but management is very aware and actively engaging to listen to the teams and implement solutions.
