No opportunities for career advancement within the company The atmosphere is more typical to that of a government company with a chalta hai kind of attitude. It really sucks. There is absolutely no investment in external training and certifications to increase the skill levels of people. Promotions are dependent on how well you know the seniors and ready to 'mask' them. Quality is absolutely hopeless. Nobody cares a damn about process even though it is supposed to be a CMM Level 5 company. It is always compensated by not doing it at all. Quality is a big joke.
