We are saddened to hear you felt you did not have an opportunity for growth while at Sonder. We have recently improved our internal process when it comes to internal applications and keep the lines of communication open throughout the process. Additionally, our Learning & Development team is focused on developing our team members for career growth.
Regarding your concerns with payroll, we have recently implemented a new payroll system and process, we recognize you were affected by these changes and apologize that this impacted your perception of the organization. It is never our intention to mispay anyone. We are continually improving processes as the organization continues to grow and to improve the employee experience.
