3yThanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. An important part of our culture is a never-ending pursuit to make things better, so we’re committed to taking feedback on board.
In June 2022, we had to make some painful decisions about how to move forward as a business in the current environment. This included saying goodbye to a number of valued colleagues.
We have done our best to support our departing colleagues with care, dignity and compassion, and are providing severance packages including benefits continuation and other support to assist in their transition.
We are immensely thankful for the work and contributions of our colleagues who left the business. They are incredibly talented individuals and we wish them well.
Your review contains some comments that we cannot verify, but Extend Hospitality to All is one of Sonder’s leadership principles. We’re disappointed to hear that you didn’t feel this was the case, and we will pass on this feedback, along with your comments about management style. We value productivity and results, and believe in giving individuals the autonomy to achieve them.
