      Pros

      - A mission you can actually believe in. Especially in our current global environment, it feels good to work for a comany with a powerful mission. - Strong, committed team members who truly care about the mission. - Fast-paced environment that pushes you to stay agile. We move fast and are not afraid to pivot. - An innovative product that's easy to be proud of. - Benefits and culture that 'walks the walk'. Holiday shutdown, supportive physical and mental health benefits, time off is celebrated.

      Cons

      - The fast-paced environment can be both exciting, and also leave a little whiplash. The changes can come really fast sometimes. - Team/structural changes aren't always well communicated through the rest of the org. - We're always striving to do more with less. Part of the challenge of operating in a startup-like environment, but some issues just come down to resourcing.

      Pros

      SonderMind has been one of the best work environments I have experienced in my 23-year career. The company genuinely cares about employee well-being, ensures employees are recognized for their contributions, and fosters a culture of respect among colleagues—something I have never experienced to this degree in any prior workplace.

      Cons

      I genuinely cannot identify any cons of working at SonderMind.

      Pros

      Ability to make your own schedule.

      Cons

      Have not had a rate increase since 2020. The referrals are not consistent and many of them are almost a waste of time.
