Cons
Benefits average; projects are cancelled/postponed regularly; some of the tech is ancient or very difficult to work with but won't be replaced; meetings and more meetings.
Excellent team with strong collaboration. Immense support for skill development, including training, certifications, and mentorship. A great place to build your cybersecurity career.
Cons
Pay raises tend to be small and can stagnate after a few years — compensation often falls behind market rates.
