Cons
The decentralized model can pose some challenges; however great progress is being made to become more 'standardized' organizationally. Would love to see further investment with more enhanced technology in many functional areas that would make us more proactive versus reactive (old disparate, home grown systems specific to 1 group need to go away -invest in technology that automates and makes the day to day efficient and productive for not only our customers but the workforce).
