      -Innovative/ progressive mindset -Ability to contribute across multiple departments -Exposure to a ton of tech/ software -Friendly coworkers/ fun startup office environment -Transparency from upper management -Scaling incredibly fast -Partake in redefining the music business -Fulfilling work

      -Space is becoming limited due to influx of new hires -Part time office dog should really become a full time office dog

      Pros

      The people were really nice and they are very friendly. Has a nice facility You get to work with other interns for a project there is a panel almost every week where people explain their life stories and what they do in their job

      Cons

      I didn't get paid for my internship and due to the pandemic didn't get the full experience
