Pros
Good tips especially now that people can tip on cards, my general manager was pleasant so I had a better experience than some. Management is everything in this position.
Cons
Long hours and always need to be cleaning something if not actively running orders (the cleaning list is long and plentiful). Short lunch breaks as well.
