I'll say it again: They really know how to treat their people here. Everyone is friendly and helpful toward each other and our customers, and there's no shortage of clever puns and upbeat nerdiness around the office. We celebrate our successes together during monthly company-wide meetings, where raffle prizes and wads of cash are readily available for dedicated employees. The fun doesn't stop there: not only does Sonic throw one heck of a holiday party, but they also invite all of their staff to celebrate the company's birthday each Summer so we all can appreciate how far we've come from our humble beginnings. The good vibes trickle down from the co-founder and CEO, Dane Jasper, whose positive attitude and genuine kindness are a shining example to all. I'm closing in on my one-year anniversary at Sonic and I still pinch myself to make sure I'm not dreaming!
