      There isn't one that I can think of!

      Upper management has their priorities all messed up and will not listen to any feedback from employees that have been there for years and know how things are supposed to operate. This place went from a great family owned company that was thriving to a Corporate owned sinking ship.

      lots of hours for both salary and floor

      Cons

      ships questionable parts takes breaks away when production down due to maintenance slipshod maintenance only cares about sending parts, any kind of parts. Micromanager Gross Inexperience in Management Shipped parts from hold cage without Quality approval Works spur of the moment rather than planning and thought out course of action
