Pros

Work: - One of the strongest teams I worked with - Amazing product, really on the edge of current tech stack. Similar level of startups that are not just some wrappers on top of other API you expect only in the Valley, definitely not in Slovenia - Lots of ownership and lots of challenges - You see how the task you did last week already impacts charts next week. Not so many companies move that fast Office: - Flexible work hours, nobody overcomplicates it with some time and access control cards like some Slovenian companies do - Comfortable office with lots of space, good equipment, good chairs and electric adjustable tables - Good restaurant for lunch

Cons

Work: Not really disadvantage, but because things change quickly you should accept startup-style and context switching. You will not work on the same task for months like in other companies. Office: Parking can be a bit tricky if you like to come late

- CEO is extremely rude and unreasonaly demanding to employees - CEO demands you produce instant amazing results on day 1 without onboarding - CEO micromanages your work - Most people quit or get fired within a few months - The stock is meaningless because most people don't last more than a few months - This is the worst culture I've ever experienced

Pros

Best startup in Ljubljana right now. The team is building world-class AI for speech recognition and transcription, entirely in-house, with real technical leadership and durable differentiation. The recognition from developer/users and growth of the company is obvious. The culture is shaped by experience from top tech companies. There’s a strong focus on doing things properly, clear priorities, and delivering consistently. Everyone is expected to have a real impact every single week. Most of the team wears headphones and is fully focused on getting things done. Accountability is high, but empowerment and opportunities to learn are unmatched. The founders set a high bar but hold themselves to an even higher standard, which creates a strong sense of ownership and discipline across the team. This is a place for people who care about their work, take ownership, and want to do great work. Unlike some of us in a small (tiny!) country, I don’t assume the company has to fit our local customs for work; to me this is a rare chance to be part of a team with Silicon Valley-level quality in our own capital. I’m grateful to work in the same way they do at Google and Meta. If you have passion and want to make a difference every day, this is for you. If you want to work in the style of the past and show up expecting things, this (and any other great startup) is not a fit. I appreciate that leadership holds the talent bar high.

Cons

Not for everyone. If you prefer a relaxed environment, lots of socialising, or low accountability, this is not the place. The pace is fast and the expectations are high.
