      The people who work here are all very nice and management is great to work with. Good leadership and working conditions. The company has experienced an exponential amount of growth in the last year.

      Cons

      Need more physical building space but management has shared plans for expansion in the future.

      Pros

      Excellent company to start out. If you’re looking to grow within the company, you will have to look for positions outside of Sonix. You can transfer and grow inside Fortive and Tektronix. No room to advance in Sonix. Very small office and good people

      Cons

      No room for advancement inside Sonix. You have to leave and go to another Tek or Fortive company. Can be very stressful. Corporate expectations are high. During busy times, there’s lots of long hours and stress
