- Very international company with projects all over the world - Good salary compared to other companies in the market - Flexible working hours - A lot of free trainings available for employees -Up to 3 days home-office allowed - Good working atmosphere and very nice colleagues -Lots of internal tools and apps to keep track of projects - The company takes care of every employee's career development and there are constant trainings of personal and professional topics - Nice offices in the centre of Madrid - Good work-life balance
Cons
It would be nice to have more interaction between offices around the world as we don't interact with each other very often, but this is just a small suggestion, the overall opinion I have is pretty good and would recommend the company to anyone else who would like to join.
