Great team environment that is focused and dedicated on creating a well-balanced suite of products to improve medical ultrasound education! Management is open to communication and there is room for growth within departments. Although CEO has a busy schedule, he always finds time to work with the team in all ways. The work never stops but everyone working here is passionate and truly believes in the product and that's what makes working here better and better each day. As the company/team is still growing, many times employees are wearing different hats for differing departments to fill in the gaps between workload. Everyone is extremely hardworking as each department plays a crucial role in making the whole company succeed.
Cons
Office space is cozy and there is a queue for new employees for parking assignments. As it is a smaller company, company culture is important and everyone supports each other.
