Pros
At one time was like a family. People working in teams with solving problems for the customer as the focus. Since the change in CEO a few years ago the company has gone down hill.
Cons
Since re-organization the culture has changed dramatically. Company is now more cut-throat slashing positions and burying the survivors in more work. ITs been very sad.
