Pros

Good working hours with an early finish on Friday. Some opportunities for career progression, albeit limited due to constant streamlining.

Cons

Nit picking management, some favouritism as well. Too much health and safety preaching, but only when it suits them. Lack of compassion towards employees on shop floor nearing the end of my employment there, which is one of a few reasons I chose to leave having been there well over a decade.
