Pros
Sonoco is a solid company with a conservative leadership. They are very calculated in all that they do and are relatively risk adverse.
Cons
As a result of a being a large company whose been around the block for over 100 years they are slow to change with the current trends. There are a considerable amount of "lifers" that do not look beyond what they have always done.
