      Pros

      Very good at letting you manage your work. I didn't feel micro managed and left to get on with what needed doing. I work best like this and I feel I learnt a lot from them.

      Cons

      After covid restrictions lifted they wanted everyone back in the office every day which I didn't think was needed.
