Great structure and very flat. Executives are extremely down to earth and easy to talk to. Amazing employee orientation! Everyone at this organization is very helpful and very nice. I have worked for other organizations, but this one definitely understands work/life balance and what having a culture really means! Plus they are really into making the organization diverse. Lots of opportunity for growth and you can move in a variety of ways, it's really up to you. Performance Management system is actually done very well.
