Home grown Hartsville upper leadership with limited thinking, risk averse culture, slow to move or recognize new possibilities outside their core. Ranks high on diversity and sustainability metrics but upon closer look, this is mostly box checking with little meaningful actions. Consumer packaging businesses still acting independently, no formal mechanism for cross divisional learning and sharing to grow large accounts.
