Huge potential of company growth. Laid back and casual work environment, frequent personal interaction with vice presidents and owner. Good opportunity for career growth to a certain extent.
Cons
Customers have low confidence in Sonsray and the CASE brand. High turnover in management and service departments creates lack of trust from customers. Safety not taken seriously enough at the upper management level and it shows at the lower management levels.
