When the supervisors are on their game, all operations are well in order. Customers are assisted by engaged employees, as the training they provided us was very thorough and approachable.

Depending on which location (retail) you were working at, the work ethic of your fellow employees may vary. The busier the store, the harder working and more involved your colleagues will be.
