401k match, health, paid-leave. Lots of creatives to collaborate with. Work is straightforward.
Cons
Not many opportunities to scale in the company given to myself and team. Lunch break was 30 minutes and there was an additional 15 minute break for a 8 hour long shift that required heavy lifting and standing. Pay was minimum wage.
