Pros
Sony has its advantages of having a recognizable brand and a lot of business will allow you in the front door, but once in you aren't always assured of getting the best deals.
Cons
Because the company is so large, its hard to move projects forward quickly. There is a certain disorganization because there are so many departments and people.
