- Provide Japanese lessons, relocation assistance - Western style company, no real overtime, very multi-cultural - By Japanese standards the pay is very good - Fairly casual management structure - Annual bonus and stock grant

- Sometimes seems to be lacking clear direction. - Each team operates differently so it's hard to make overall assessments. - Not located with any other Sony groups - No subsidized lunch provided like at headquarters
