Pros
Fast paced environment (I liked that). Little micro management if you know what you're doing. They hire great talent, but they do demand your best. I learned more from working at Sony than I did in any other company, regardless of my Bachelor's and Master's degrees.
Cons
Could do better (more thorough) training, even though you can ask for coaching at any time. Work under pressure - if you can take it and you are able to do your job, it shouldn't be a problem. Tough, demanding environment at first. Once you get the grasp of it, you'll be the one demanding from others, including your supervisors. Not for the weak. Hard work and thick skin will make you successful and able to enjoy your work.
