Pros
We have a robust customer service and support infrastructure and work hard to find innovative ways to reach our customers. It's more like a family here than many companies, and people do care. We also have opportunities to innovate which is fun and rewarding.
Cons
There was a disconnect from working at a satellite office. Integrating more communication would help. Also, the company's financial difficulties and layoffs make for a stressful work environment.
