Pros

great opportunities to grow and develop, relocation to the supported regions, transfer to different departments AND sister companies are supported, great team building events, corporate travel, company laptop, consumer goods provided every now and then for outstanding performance, staff discount on products, friendly employees and accepting community, sick leaves are 100% paid up to 14 consecutive calendar days

Cons

home office is possible but only allowed in exceptional cases, shifts may be required depending on the time zone of the supported region, salaries are fixed to positions and no raise is possible without career advance / change of position (which depends on possible openings), mass hire of fresh graduates might be a challenge to senior colleagues who are employed in these teams, work on national holidays as per supported region

Pay is at market at best Moving away from hybrid work model to onsite model Currently in transition to merge with TCL. Beware of layoffs Processes are bureaucratic- difficult to take swift action Work model is fairly flat, leaving few opportunities for upward career growth
