Great People to work with - good relationships Competitive benefits. Pay is competitive with market Workers want the company to succeed
Cons
Company has been on downward slide for some time. Cost cutting does not create new markets and new products that consumers want. What was once unique now becomes commonplace quickly. On top of that, we are victims in the US of a decade of bad Japanese economy. People try hard, and fight to do they best they can, but there is a need to get out there with new and innovative products.
