Pros
Sony's a great place to work, but right now they're going through some restructuring, but what company isn't? They're generous with compensation, benefits and internal education which just makes working there that much better. They're trying hard to keep their employees happy while trying to make ends meet in the increasingly commoditized CE industry.
Cons
The challenges working at Sony in 2014 is the challenging environment the CE industry has left for Sony to overcome. Simply put, sales are down and the teams are working extremely hard to right the ship.
