      Great work-life balance and extra 10+ holidays above the legal minimum. Working environment is friendly and comfortable.

      Cons

      Slow salary growth and the growth rate has weak connection with your KPIs/contribution. Also, promotion is extremely hard to get since there is very limited quota for promotion

      Pay is at market at best Moving away from hybrid work model to onsite model Currently in transition to merge with TCL. Beware of layoffs Processes are bureaucratic- difficult to take swift action Work model is fairly flat, leaving few opportunities for upward career growth
